Mariya's cabin was the perfect spot to stay and unwind during peak foliage season. I have spent a lot of time in this area over the years, so understand the lay of the land quite well, but learned of many more local restaurants, attractions, and things to do, based on Mariya's extremely detailed guide book, Folio app, and IG page. The home was extremely clean, well decorated, cozy, and situated in a perfect location between 2 main towns of Phoenicia and Tannersville. It is the perfect home in the perfect setting. Great additions to the home, which we deifintely enjoyed using, were the sauna, hot tub, and mini pizza oven. In the setup of the home, Mariya seems to think of everything that you may need, from bathroom toiletries to a wonderful surprise welcome package, even with doggie ice cream for our boy, Teddy! This was a quintessential stay and we so look forward to visiting again!

I booked my stay to get away from the city for some R&R. It being my first trip to the Catskills, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The cottage was exactly as described. The decor is very welcoming and warm. The record player was a gem! The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the bed so comfortable, and the linens pristine. The fact that I had the sauna and hot tub to myself was a thing of beauty and I used them each day I was there. My host was always quick to respond, and left a binder with all of the sights, and places to eat in the area. It was a bonus that the place was also pet friendly! All of my needs were covered and then some. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!

Simply perfect! This house was clean, fully stocked of all necessities and optimally located for hiking, town hoping, art seeing and brewery bouncing. Would love to come back in the winter for its proximity to Hunter Mountain. Highly recommend!

This is a very cute cabin with all the amenities you may need for your stay. It has 2 bedrooms on the back, one bathroom, and the common area entering the house. The latter includes a sitting area, dining and kitchen as well as washer and dryer. There are plenty of towels and bathrobes which come very handy for the hot tub and sauna use.The outdoors is particularly pretty with a well maintained hot tub and sauna. This is definitively the highlight of the property.Very well located next to many trails with different difficulty levels. It is also near charm towns with farmers markets on Sundays.The host, Mariya, is very responsive and helpful.
